Photo uploading: Once you have placed your order, please email your photo to info@serendipitydesignco.com. If you do not wish to use a photo on your invitation, please state that on your order form. We recommend uploading your photo in .jpeg format at the highest quality processing. Please do not crop. 

Production timeline:
A proof will be provided to you via email within 24 hours from the time your order has been placed. Any changes or added information can be added as this time. Once approval is provided from you, your stationery will go into production.
The whole processing time can take up to 7 business days from date of purchase.
